I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2023, but I've been buying and selling my own homes since 2002, with a long-running interest in home design, construction, and how the housing market actually works. That mix shapes how I work. I know what it feels like to be the client, and I now see everything happening on the other side of the table: how pricing really gets set, where negotiations tend to stall, and which inspection findings matter versus which are just noise.
Most of my work is in Lake Oswego, Clackamas County, and the greater Portland metro. Whether you're buying a first home, moving to the next one, or adding an investment property, I start by listening closely to what you say and what you leave out. Then I give you an honest read that weighs how you feel against what the numbers say. Sometimes that means telling you a price isn't realistic, or that waiting makes more sense than selling right now. I'd rather have that conversation early than have you find out the hard way.
From there, I carry the load: getting a home ready for market, coordinating vendors, keeping timelines on track, negotiating offers and repairs, and keeping you informed so nothing catches you off guard. My goal is for you to come out of the process feeling clear and steady, not worn down.
When I'm not working, I'm usually outdoors hiking, tending my garden, painting watercolors, or in the audience at a school band concert. I'm a soft touch for anything fuzzy. I volunteer with the Lake Oswego Sustainability Network, and I serve on the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Lake Oswego Foothills Redevelopment Project, where I'm one of two voices for sustainability in a diverse group advising the City Council on a long-range plan for the area.
If you're weighing a move, or just trying to figure out whether one makes sense, I'm happy to talk it through.
